In this year’s Utah Valley Parade of Home we see a new home trend that has begun to sweep the area: painted brick.

White is the most common color we are seeing these painted, but we are seeing other colors such as creams and even blacks every once in a while.

Painting brick in a remodel is quick, easy, and extremely affordable. 

Painting brick on a new home can also be less affordable that you would think. And it can make it easier when ordering large amounts of brick. You wont have to use the same color, just a similar texture, in a Hodge-podge of random brick, many of which you can get at a discounted rate.
