Although Utah is not a coastal state, we are seeing more and more of whats called a “Coastal” Style home.

Most of this style has to do with the style of architecture and the products used on the exterior of the home. Dark Metals, Light Trim, Dark Roof Shingle, and Light Hardie or Siding-like products with Stone is what products were seeing consistently from this style.
