It’s modern architecture and style, lively yet neutral color pallet, exterior natural stone and interior thin brick applications made us fall head over heals for this home.

Interior, in the basement the home has an fun and open entertaining space including a living room with brick fireplace, kitchenette with brick back-splash and brick bar facing as the top tier of an epic theater room. Using the same new thin brick in these three spaces helped to create rhythm, repetition, harmony and flow throughout the space.
