This past weekend marked the first weekend of the 2015 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This year’s parade is chalk full of gorgeous and unique trendsetting homes. One of these homes, a coastal style home, located Lakeside in Saratoga Springs featured a brand new never-before-seen Harristone product called the Lueders or the Lueders Ledgestone. The particular color they used is called Saffron.
There are also three additional colors available in this Lueders Ledgestone including: Grandbury, Bianca, and Silverdelle.
This contemporary coastal with a hint of craftsman is both unique in color and style.
With this brand new stone they have used they are sure to be a trendsetting home.
The Saffron stone doesn’t actually contain much true grey, like they selected for the paint on their vertical board and batten siding. However the grout color they used tied the two patterns and textures together perfectly.
Did we mention their view is just breathe-taking?
Warmer earth-tones and neutrals, like browns, tans, and taupe’s mixed with cooler neutrals, like grays is actually quite common with these newer more contemporary coastal style homes.
Needless to say, we love this home and cant wait to see what else the parade has in store!
