RC Dent’s, Pyper, was definitely a favorite at this year’s Utah Valley Parade of Homes. This home was filled with gorgeous design details, both inside and out. Designed and styled for a family who loves to entertain. “This home has a large kitchen and entertaining spaces for the whole family, high ceilings, a theater room to fit the whole neighborhood.” And a large deck with beautiful timber work and plenty of room for friends as well. Our favorite aspects of this home of course are the stone and brick applications. The Exterior features a Stone, Brick, and Hardie board blend of textures. The brick is the Old Irvington, which also debuts in the interior in painted brick accent wall applications. The stone is a special three way natural stone blend.
