The Brooksby home, built by Mapleshade construction was definitely a show stopper at this year’s Utah Valley Parade of Homes. It’s beautiful yet simple mountain traditional exterior featuring contemporary on-trend textures, a breathtaking fireplace in the great room, and some chic interior thin brick accents in the basement, for us, made this home a stand out.
The blend of contemporary on-trend exterior elements including, the back roof shingle, grey shake shingle siding, and grey horizontal lap board siding, with the drystacked Platinum Ledgestone natural stone with the mountain traditional style architecture and architectural elements like the shutters, wood timber detailing, and wood fascia, gave this home a unique, classic, and updated look.
And this was that breathtaking fireplace we were talking about!
And if you head downstairs to the basement you will find this chic and vintage style thin brick from Harristone, used to accent some really cool elements of this space.
Like a 50’s diner style kitchenette.
And this 50’s style garage gaming area.
And a cozy and quaint family room area with this fun matching brick fireplace.
