Raykon’s Kimberly was a sight to see at this year’s Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Nestled in the hills of Alpine, was the perfect symbol to how it towered above a lot of it’s competition in the parade. Like many of the others we have talked about in this year’s UV parade posts, this home was practically perfect in every way. It’s two-story modern prairie style architecture paired with a flawlessly fitting stone blend on the exterior was a match made in heaven. Don’t believe us? See for yourself:
The home looks fantastic from every angle.
The custom stone blend, blended two different types and sizes of stone in the same type of coloring to get some more subtle variation and relief in the pattern.
On the inside of the home, we find an open floorplan with the heart of the home in their living space where we find ourselves drawn to a massive stone fireplace as the focal point.
The fireplace, centered in their living space, was surrounded by comfortable and perfectly styled seating. It makes you want to curl up with family and friends and watch a movie by the fire.
