Another breathtaking brick house by Millhaven Homes this year and once more we are absolutely blown away. The owners and designers selected a never-before-seen brick by Interstate from their new Pioneer Series line which features several colors of an over-tumbled or hand-molded looking brick for a real authentic feel.

By using a natural grey mortar and a flush cut over grout joint they were able to emphasize that authentic vintage feel even more.

The house featured brick wainscoting and one full pop out with returns.

They paired the brick with a light grey lap board, light grey shakes in the gables and all white trim, windows, and metals.

Their navy blue front door really popped and made their entry stand out.

And don’t forget the light fixtures on the porch! We love the industrial farmhouse accents!

The darker accents in this brick made it easy to pair black, charcoal, and dark navy colors with it.

The contrast between medium and dark toned brick with light grout, with darker lights, house numbers, and front door, and light siding textures and even lighter trim, this home has is perfectly balanced, perfectly coordinated, and perfectly contrasting.
