The Utah Valley Parade of Homes 2019 was incredible! Now, that it’s over we wanted to share some overviews of our favorite projects from the Parade. First up, McEwan.
The Creekside Resort, built by our friends over at McEwan Custom Homes, was stop number 37 in this year’s parade of homes tours. And it certainly was just that, a full on resort.
THE EXTERIOR
This nearly 23,000 square foot home features a gorgeous modern exterior with our Antique Pearl Limestone and large spanning windows allowing for plenty of natural light in the interior of this home. It has a detached garage with a tunnel from the main house. It has two outdoor kitchen/barbecue areas, a pond, multiple pools, a natural style beach area, and a natural river that was redirected through the property to make its owners constantly feel as if they are on vacation.
THE INTERIOR
The interior has its own fair share of incredible features including a fully automated smart home package, Indoor tennis court, racquetball court, Game room, Theater, 4 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, Home Gym, multiple laundry rooms, multiple living spaces, stone interior walls, elevator, spiral and multiple other open style staircases, 6 absolutely breathtaking fireplaces.
We’re not sure if there’s a single feature in this home that is solely the most noteworthy. This home all around was spectacular.
In conclusion and needless to say, McEwan always lives up to their tagline, “the difference is in the details”. This house is full of details, including lots of stone, which we are loving!
